Learn How to Prevent and Recover From Falls

Join us for an in-person event on Thursday, May 21 from 5:00 – 6:30pm at Northwestern Memorial Hospital downtown Chicago to learn how to prevent and recover from falls. This program is for people who have experienced falls and those who are interested in preventing falls. After the event, you can sign up for fall prevention or fall recovery physical therapy options. There is no cost to attend.
